What You’ll Be Working On :

As a Databricks Solutions Architect, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions to address demanding data challenges across industries. You will drive end-to-end architecture and help clients unlock their data potential using Databricks and cloud technologies.

We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with experience in industries like FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solutions Design : Architect scalable data solutions with Databricks, Azure, AWS, and other cloud services to meet client needs.
• Data Strategy & Architecture : Develop data architectures, implement ETL pipelines, and establish data governance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Technical Leadership : Lead data platform design, define best practices, and mentor team members.
• Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning : Support analytics and ML initiatives with pipelines and workflows using Databricks and cloud services.
• Collaboration & Client Engagement : Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, present solutions, and implement strategies for impactful results.
• Performance Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for cost and performance.
• Innovation & Experimentation : Use cutting-edge data technologies to drive innovation within projects.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 10+ years in senior data engineering or solutions architecture, with expertise in Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
• Proven experience designing large-scale data architectures and pipelines.
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience creating ETL pipelines, handling large datasets, and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data marts.
• Industry experience in financial services, logistics, or similar complex domains is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
