Job summary

CODENXT WEB TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end client delivery for 8–12 active accounts from Toronto. You will drive weekly sprints, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategy while mentoring 2–3 mid-level teammates as the practice grows.

Travel quarterly for client and team off-sites is possible, with a focus on clear documentation and measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward shipping

Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• Portfolio of shipped work and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end client communication.
• Bias for documentation and clarity over hero work.
• Curious, calm under pressure, and biased to ship.
