ProxyLink’s client is a large, complex organization responsible for delivering essential regulatory compliance and operational services, including licensing, inspections, monitoring, investigations, and enforcement. The organization supports thousands of frontline professionals and manages a broad range of business processes, data, applications, and technology platforms.

The organization currently operates across a fragmented technology landscape that includes aging and duplicative systems. This creates challenges related to data sharing, risk assessment, operational efficiency, system integration, and the delivery of consistent digital experiences.

This enterprise initiative will establish a standardized, modular, scalable, and composable technology platform to support regulatory compliance and business processes across multiple lines of business.

The CCMP will provide a more integrated, scalable, secure, and user‑centered approach to service delivery while enabling modernization of the organization's application, data, and integration landscape.

Role Overview

ProxyLink’s client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and development of the CCMP solution architecture and provide technical guidance on the target solution and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

The Senior Solution Architect will provide leadership across solution architecture, application evaluation, integration strategy, data architecture, security, and implementation of end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a cloud‑based enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will design scalable, secure, efficient, and reusable solutions that meet business requirements while supporting long‑term technology modernization and transformation objectives.

As a senior technical authority, the role will lead the design and modernization of complex application, data, and integration environments, bridging enterprise applications, databases, data platforms, integration technologies, and cloud‑native solutions.

Working across hybrid technology environments, the Senior Solution Architect will provide hands‑on technical leadership in:

• Application modernization
• Cybersecurity and identity management
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Power Platform

The role will also conduct comprehensive architecture assessments, evaluate solution options, develop cost estimates, and provide recommendations regarding technology standards, architecture practices, implementation approaches, and future‑state technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the overall CCMP solution ecosystem, including the CCMP data model, application architecture, integration architecture, security architecture, and technology components.
• Design solutions that support seamless integration with enterprise data platforms, business applications, security services, and other technology systems.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, data, security, and technical requirements.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, architecture assessments, implementation roadmaps, and solution cost estimates.
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, technical reviews, and solution validation activities.
• Assess the impact of new technologies, platforms, and services on the existing application and technology landscape.
• Provide recommendations that support application modernization, technology transformation, scalability, and future‑state architecture.
• Provide strategic architecture leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and deployment.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, technology standards, integration approaches, and solution design principles.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, integration, infrastructure, security, data, and delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture decisions address scalability, performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and long‑term operational requirements.
• Evaluate solution alternatives and provide recommendations, including associated risks, dependencies, benefits, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Support architecture governance and stakeholder decision‑making by clearly communicating technical options and recommendations.
• Lead the design and modernization of complex enterprise data and application environments across hybrid and cloud‑based platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including the design, implementation, customization, integration, and governance of enterprise‑scale platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dataverse Architecture, including data modeling, entity design, security models, relationships, and data management strategies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
• Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Azure‑based enterprise solutions, including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, and other cloud‑native components.
• Demonstrated experience designing Enterprise Integration Architectures and implementing scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems and platforms.
• Knowledge and experience integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies, including API‑led connectivity and service orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 security models, including business units, security roles, access controls, permissions, and data segregation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience designing multi‑tenant enterprise platforms supporting multiple lines of business through configurable, scalable, and reusable solution components.
• Experience designing, documenting, implementing, and governing REST‑based API architectures and enterprise integration standards.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience implementing, optimizing, and governing Power Automate workflows and business process orchestration solutions.
• Knowledge and experience designing external‑facing and internal‑facing digital solutions using Power Pages and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing and governing Dynamics 365 extensions, including Plugins, PCF Controls, Custom APIs, and Azure‑hosted custom components.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, including common data models, data integration, data migration strategies, data quality, and information governance.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Security Architecture and Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Microsoft Entra ID, role‑based access controls, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience establishing architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and solution review processes.
• Experience evaluating technology options and developing solution‑level Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimates.
• Experience working across hybrid cloud environments and integrating legacy platforms with modern cloud‑native technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder consultations with business, architecture, security, data, integration, infrastructure, and technical teams to define and validate solution requirements and architecture approaches.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and trade‑offs into clear business‑focused recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating architecture workshops, design sessions, technical working groups, and stakeholder meetings to achieve alignment across multiple lines of business.
• Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Integration, Data, Development, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and provide trusted advisory services to senior executives, business sponsors, product owners, program leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience presenting architecture assessments, solution options, recommendations, technical risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs to executive audiences, governance groups, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus‑building skills, with the ability to resolve competing priorities, technical constraints, and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated experience leading architecture reviews and providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to project and delivery teams.
