Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent leadership in architecture.
• Strong communication with business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Operations domain and ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of messaging systems and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep working knowledge of operational workflow and document management technologies.

• Partner with delivery teams to define and evolve technical roadmaps for products and platforms.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, messaging systems, and event-driven architecture, along with the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, contribute to product roadmaps, evaluate technology options, and ensure solutions meet business, security, reliability, and performance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to develop strong knowledge of the Operations business domain.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving business strategies.
• Strong expertise in designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with workflow and document management technologies.
• Experience working within financial services or other complex regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of modern AI and cloud architecture patterns.
