The Solution Architect is responsible for managing tasks and techniques used to liaise among stakeholders, understand organizational structure, policies, and operations, and recommend technical/business solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyze complex business requirements; generate technical specifications for software components and applications.
2. Design, architect, and implement highly distributed global systems.
3. Work with network infrastructure, security, data, or application development.
4. Modernize legacy systems and lead transformational initiatives.
5. Develop architectural patterns to improve assessment processes.
6. Present reports, dashboards, and conduct educational sessions for larger audiences.
7. Act as a technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
8. Design, test, implement, and support solutions using industry best practices.
9. Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
10. Adapt to evolving environments and embrace change positively.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of software engineering experience.
2. Experience with AI tools, SaaS AI technologies (GCP, Azure), and building distributed systems.
3. Experience modernizing legacy systems and managing hybrid cloud deployments.
4. Knowledge of governance models, security policies, and standards implementation.
5. Research emerging technologies and communicate issues effectively.
6. Design enterprise architectures and reference models.
7. Project management experience is a plus.
8. Strong coding, OS, database, and technology knowledge.
9. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
