What We Need

The Pre-Sales Engineering team seeks an experienced Solutions Architect, specializing in Network Management and Automation, to work remotely. This Field Pre-Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise throughout the sales process, focusing heavily on networking experience.

The Impact You’ll Make

You will assist our Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives in closing significant deals with large enterprises. Your work will influence network transformation for Fortune 100 companies and contribute to NetBrain’s growth.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
2. Design and showcase proof of concept (PoC) projects demonstrating our automation solutions.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client processes and customize POC accordingly.
4. Manage the entire PoC process from planning to deployment and evaluation.
5. Provide technical support during PoC engagements, working with support and engineering teams to resolve issues.
6. Document PoC outcomes, configurations, use cases, and ROI metrics.
7. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales network automation, with hands-on network design and architecture experience.
3. Proven ability to manage complex PoC projects demonstrating product value.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
6. U.S. citizenship required.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation between $130,000 and $170,000 plus stock options, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and medical/dental coverage. Total rewards details available upon request.
