Job Summary:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership for our Collaboration & Communication team, supporting a diverse portfolio of applications, endpoint solutions, and enterprise communication systems. This role is crucial in optimizing collaboration technologies, integrating AI-powered systems, and ensuring seamless digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Collaboration Solutions: Develop and implement scalable collaboration frameworks, integrating Google Workspace and third-party SaaS applications such as Microsoft Office (ServiceNow team managing updates).
• Enterprise Communications: Optimize company communication platforms, including Vevo (intranet), video creation tools, and telecom systems. Collaborate with the communications team on digital signage, tablets, and Chromebooks.
• Meeting & Workspace Technologies: Lead conference room refresh projects across 144 locations, ensuring optimal A/V technology and physical meeting space efficiency.
• Contact Center Strategy: Drive the North American contact center (Nice cx1) update, integrating AI-powered chatbot and voicebot solutions that interact with SAP and Google Cloud Platform.
• Project Leadership: Guide critical initiatives, including the Gemini rollout across the company, working with Google VAR on training and change management, starting with Canada (French-speaking regions).
• Low-Code Development & Innovation: Support AppSheet and Zenphi development initiatives—over 12 apps created in the past year—advancing automation and efficiency.
• Technical Leadership & Team Guidance: Work with IT and business teams, providing architectural expertise and leadership across the collaboration space.

Team Structure:

• No backfills for retired Team Leads in Telecom and Collaboration

Qualifications:

• Strong architecture experience in enterprise collaboration and communication systems
• Expertise in Google Workspace (60% focus), AgentSpace, and AI-driven contact center solutions
• Knowledge of Zoom for Telecom, low-code/no-code development with AppSheet & Zenphi
• Ability to interact with SAP and Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex collaboration requirements
