As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and understanding our customers' business challenges and crafting tailored solutions using our technology platform. Your deep expertise in our products will enable you to clearly communicate the value and impact of our tools to both prospective and existing clients.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with new logo account executives and strategic account partners to support opportunities across both new and existing accounts. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of our technology stack, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with new logo account executives and strategic account partners to drive growth within assigned geographic territories
• Leads technical discovery calls with prospects to identify business challenges and align them with tailored platform solutions
• Delivers compelling demonstrations of ValGenesis platforms, showcasing deep product knowledge and key differentiators in the market
• Supports marketing initiatives by participating in industry conferences and reviewing content such as blog posts, white papers, and promotional materials
• Presents thought leadership on industry topics at conferences, webinars, and internal / external knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develops concise, targeted micro demos to support various stages of the sales cycle and enhance prospect engagement
• Analyzes and responds to functional and system requirements in RFPs / RFIs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory frameworks, including ICH Q8, Q9, and Q10 and CDER process validation guidelines.
• Proficient in automation and control systems, process equipment, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business success.
• Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and leading consultative discussions with clients and partners.

Nice to Have

• In-depth knowledge of Computer Software Assurance (CSA) and Computer System Validation (CSV), with practical experience in regulated life sciences environments
• Proven background in both sales and pre-sales roles, supporting complex solution selling and client engagement across the validation lifecycle
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in life sciences, including compliance automation, predictive analytics, and digital validation
• Familiarity with Quality by Design (QbD) and Continued Process Verification (CPV) principles, supporting risk-based approaches to product and process development
