MAKING AN IMPACT
As aSolution Delivery Manager, reporting to the VP of Data Strategy, Analytics and Solutions, you will be at the heart of delivering impactful digital, data, and technology solutions. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the adoption of modern software development and Agile practices, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement across departmental operations. You’ll work closely with technical and business leaders to align priorities, streamline workflows, and enhance delivery outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Improve, promote, and execute modern software development processes, Agile methodology and practices
- Provide coaching and guidance to team leads and development staff on Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Collaborate with technical leads to integrate Agile practices into development operations, including ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support teams in effectively using Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, Pipelines) for planning, tracking, and managing development work; coach team members on tool usage and best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, sharing knowledge, developing toolkits, and leading Agile initiatives as a Scrum Master.
- Partner with leadership to refine software development processes, including release and deployment management, and ensure alignment with IT change management protocols.
- Support the coordination and delivery of projects and operational work
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies, align priorities, and coordinate delivery of technical projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Oversee project intake processes, including documenting high-level scope, timelines, budgets, and requirements.
- Coordinate and support project execution, including resource planning, risk management, budget tracking, and development of deployment and release plans.
- Document and maintain clear workflows, processes, and business requirements to ensure shared understanding across teams.
- Facilitate planning and monitoring for testing, quality assurance, and transition to operational support.
- Identify and resolve delivery impediments, resource constraints, and process gaps; support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder communications, including progress updates, risk reports, and presentations.
- Support the management and continuous improvement of department solutions, operations, planning, and processes
- Partner with the VP and Directors of Data Analytics and Solutions (DAS) to assess departmental processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices for streamlined operations.
- Support the development and tracking of departmental plans, budgets, and resourcing strategies using CCS planning and capacity tools.
- Coordinate and monitor departmental objectives, project progress, and deliverables; maintain accurate documentation and reconciliation records.
- Track and refine performance metrics related to solution delivery (e.g., release management, deployment, QA, development KPIs); collaborate with leaders to address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical leads to evaluate the effectiveness, usage, and impact of developed solutions, identifying issues and opportunities for enhancement.
- Maintain and improve documentation of DAS processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information or Data Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred, with French being an asset due to the organization’s nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across various regions.
- 3–5 years of in-depth technology and project delivery experience, including at least 3 years implementing complex software solutions in agile, digital, and data-focused environments.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in CSM, SAFe , and Kanban frameworks; demonstrated ability to model Agile mindsets and drive change.
- Strong understanding of digital and data technologies, including administration, development, and integration across platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, and Azure.
- Proficient in DevOps and testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, Selenium), with working knowledge of lean principles and agile at scale.
- Skilled in IT best practices and frameworks, including service and technical management, project and change management, and business analysis.
- Experienced in deployment and release planning, with a solid grasp of reporting and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Understanding of Change management is an asset
