Responsabilités :

  • Réaliser des présentations, des démonstrations, des ateliers et des séminaires pertinents sur des produits techniques.

  • Élaborer des caractéristiques techniques détaillées servant à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de produits, d’applications et de solutions complexes.

  • Participer à la conclusion des ventes en démontrant une compréhension exhaustive de notre solution, de nos services et de notre formation, et en réglant les questions qui s’y rapportent.

  • Contribuer à la qualification de clients potentiels, à l’élaboration des critères de démonstration proposés, à la conception de systèmes servant de preuve de concept et aux plans nécessaires à la conclusion du cycle de vente.

  • Soutenir tous les objectifs en matière de ventes, de marketing et de canaux ainsi que tous les objectifs techniques.

  • Aider l’équipe des ventes à répondre aux demandes d’information.

Workday is looking for a dynamic and driven Financials Solution Consultant with accounting & financials experience.

Our team demonstrates the value of Workday’s next generation Financials Application to Workday prospects and customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging deep Financials skills and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultants provide Financial System expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday Financial product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales team, to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Our team works in a highly complex environment that requires curiosity, flexibility, and drive.

Responsibilities include:

  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.

  • Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions

  • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.

  • To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.

  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

  • To assist sales in the response to RFIs

  • Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state

  • Uses in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

About You

  • Au moins un an d’expérience pratique en lien avec les concepts de comptabilité générale (grand livre, dettes fournisseurs, créances clients, immobilisations et gestion de trésorerie), ainsi qu’avec des sujets propres à certains besoins sectoriels tels que la facturation, la comptabilisation des produits, la comptabilisation des actifs de contenu (p. ex. ASC605/606, ASC 920/926)

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finances OU expérience de travail équivalente

Autres qualifications

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à mener de front plusieurs projets de manière individuelle et au moyen d’une collaboration interfonctionnelle

  • Solides compétences en matière de présentation et de communication

  • Expérience dans la vente basée sur la valeur

  • Capacités exploratoires exceptionnelles, excellentes aptitudes de présentation et de communication et grande capacité à utiliser son influence auprès de la haute direction, en particulier dans les discussions et les ventes avec les organisations de direction des finances

  • Expérience en présentation de solutions infonuagiques devant un public composé de personnes occupant des postes fonctionnels et techniques

  • Expérience du secteur public ou du secteur des soins de santé : un atout

  • Titre de comptable professionnel agréé ou de comptable professionnelle agréée souhaité mais non obligatoire

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidates must be fluent in French

  • 3+ years of extensive financial domain expertise

  • 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based financial management applications (e.g. Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Zuora, SAP, Oracle, etc.

  • 3+ years in a pre-sales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role

  • 1+ years working with core accounting concepts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Cash Management), as well as industry relevant topics such as billing, revenue recognition, content accounting (e.g. ASC605/606, ASC 920/926)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, AND/OR equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally

  • Exceptional and dynamic presentation & communication skills

  • Experience with value based selling

  • Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CFO specifically.

  • Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences

  • Public Sector or Healthcare experience an asset

  • CPA preferred but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

T he annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
