A leading SaaS company in Toronto is seeking a Solution Consultant to delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You'll lead end-to-end software implementations, manage multiple projects, and provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience and excellent communication skills. Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both.
As a Solution Consultant, you live to delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, who helps guide Resolver’s SaaS implementations by separating wants from needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software and administering training on best practices.
You'll partner with Consultants, Solution Architects and Project Managers to impress customers with implementations that typically take 8-12 months - but don't worry, you'll be working on multiple projects at once that will keep things interesting but not overwhelming!
