We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical best practices.

This opportunity is open to both full-time salaried employees and independent contractors.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM, ERP (Finance & Operations), and Power Platform components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide architectural guidance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Define data models, workflows, security roles, and automation processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure best practices in implementation.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders, providing insights on the potential impacts of architectural decisions.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), or Business Central.
  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrations with Dynamics 365.
  • Experience designing and implementing data migration and integration strategies using Azure Data Services or third-party tools.
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization for enterprise applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert) are preferred.
  • Always improving your skills and knowledge: you want to be the best at what you do.
  • Curious and creative; comfortable taking on new problems and challenges.
  • A self-starter with the ability to recommend priorities to the project leader.
  • Comfortable working through problems and figuring things out with minimal supervision.
