Job Description :

We're looking for an experienced and highly technical Delivery Manager, within our Customer Success Organization, to lead and successfully execute complex design, deployment, and integration projects for our clients, primarily Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This customer‑facing role is a critical link between our technical teams and our customers, demanding a unique blend of deep technical understanding, exceptional technical management skills, and superior soft skills, particularly in customer management and communication. Day to day you will be required to collaborate remotely with sales, pre‑sales, R&D, Product, CS, and Solution Architecture teams to meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities
Solutions Delivery Management
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact within the Customer Success team for key clients’ active deployment projects & deployed solutions, building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable business language for non‑technical stakeholders, including how the solution meets the project requirements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently over‑delivering on commitments.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Pre‑Sales to identify opportunities for additional technical services or solutions based on deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical landscape.
Technical Oversight & Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring the deployed solutions meet technical specifications, performance & scalability requirements, and are documented to meet customer expectations.
  • Leverage a deep technical background to actively participate in troubleshooting complex issues, particularly in Networking (TCP/IP), Virtualization (KVM/VMware), Cloud‑based deployments, and Linux environments.
  • Verify the technical integrity of the low‑level design, deployment, and integration work, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Requirements
Technical Depth
  • Expert in Linux administration with strong, hands‑on experience.
  • Expert in Networking of Hardware/Software based solutions in the wireless (or fixed) core network (4G/5G), managing inline, real‑time traffic, with hands‑on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in TCP/IP.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in VMware – specifically ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter.
  • Customer‑facing experience in presentations, technical overviews, training, demos.
  • Ideally, experience with Microservices and Containers in Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, automation, KPI reporting.
Management & Industry Experience
  • 3+ years of management experience in design, deployment, and integration projects for CSPs and network security companies.
  • 3+ years in design/implementation/deployment roles within telecommunications or network security companies.
  • Experience in managing onsite resources (REs), deployment engineers, working with project managers, and supporting sales/pre‑sales.
Education & General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent area of engineering study.
  • Willing and able to work non‑regular hours when required to support critical deployments or troubleshoot high‑priority customer issues.
  • Need to be occasionally onsite with the customer [depending on the project].
Advantages (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certifications: CCNA or VMware certified.
  • Telecommunications Knowledge: Knowledge of 3GPP and 5G cellular networks.
  • Client Experience: Experience providing service to tier 1 CSPs (Communications Service Providers).
  • Scripting: Experience using Linux Bash and other scripting tools like awk and Perl.
  • Database Familiarity: Familiarity with SQL in different DBs (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Protocols & Security:
  • Knowledge of Diameter, Radius, and Tacacs authentication protocols.
  • Knowledge of VPNs, IPS/IDS, anti DDoS and other network security technologies.
Travel

Should be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
