FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide presentations of company solutions (MDR bundle: Endpoint, Encryption, MFA, ECOS, LiveSense, EDR, MDR).
- Conduct 'proof of value' and 'proof of concepts' assessments for customers.
- Assist in qualifying customer requirements and contribute to opportunity responses in the CRM.
- Provide active signposting and contribute to the technical success throughout the customer's lifecycle.
- Record and track customer activity via CRM and provide technical feedback.
- Support Enablement teams and assist Sales teams with channel enablement beyond basic demonstrations, both in person and remotely.
- Stay updated with industry news and developments from a technical perspective.
- Develop and maintain testing programs and demonstration environments for company solutions.
- Coordinate colleagues' work according to supervisor instructions, ensuring task performance aligns with procedures and priorities to meet objectives.
- Engage in conceptual, systemic, creative, and methodical activities.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management within the department and company activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Or equivalent certifications: CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA A+.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge:
- Ability to assess enterprise security posture, recommend, and implement security solutions; monitor and secure hybrid environments including cloud, mobile, and IoT; understand laws, policies, governance, risk, and compliance principles; identify and respond to security incidents.
- Intermediate knowledge of operating system configuration (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Ability to establish network connectivity, monitor activity, perform hardening, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure.
