On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a senior Solution Architect with extensive technical expertise to review the current environment and develop a roadmap linking new and ongoing implementations of the Fusion SaaS business strategy and technical solutions to DTI’s remaining BAS legacy applications and databases.

Responsibilities :

• ERP Solution Architect and Technical Solution Analysts
• Applications support team
• Other IT teams (Infrastructure, DBAs, etc.)
• Additional roles as required
• Analyze DTI Application Environment Current State to :
• Verify impacted applications from previous (ERP R4 & R8) and upcoming ERP releases
• Verify impacted databases and data warehouses
• Document architecture standards for Fusion integration points
• Develop Application Fusion Native Roadmap based on current state and future Oracle Fusion plans, including :
• Specific initiatives with descriptions as blueprint
• Prioritization and sequencing of initiatives
• Strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve Fusion Native objectives
• Create Technology Gap & Risk Report comparing current and future states, including :
• Stakeholder collaboration
• Risk assessment of existing solutions and integration points
• High-level target state descriptions and scope of work packages with effort, cost, risks, and outcomes
• Review and analyze business requirements for functionality and integration in a future state

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years in planning, managing, and completing SOW deliverables
• Experience in benefit analysis, roadmap development, and business case creation
• Strong communication skills in English
• At least 15 years of IT experience, including 5 years in solution architecture

Scored Requirements :

• Experience with application architectures and ERP system integrations
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SaaS or similar ERP solutions
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules, data formats, and ERP systems
• Proven ability to gather consensus across governance structures
• Experience creating outcome-focused roadmaps and modernizing legacy applications
