Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
  • Conducting title checks, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the legal process.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
