Reports to: Senior Supervisor / Manufacturing Manager
This role is responsible for the direct supervision of production employees and the execution of daily manufacturing activities in alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
The Soldermask Supervisor plays a key role in providing front‑line leadership, supporting employee development, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and operational standards.
Associate Degree in a Technical or Manufacturing‑related field preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or 5 years with a relevant associate degree.
Lean Manufacturing or Green Belt certification is considered an asset.

The expected annual compensation range, in CAD, for this position is as follows:
$68,044 - $90,726
