You will drive quality compliance, staffing coverage, coaching, and cross-shift collaboration, with a background in PCB inspection or quality manufacturing and at least 3–5 years experience. High school diploma required; post-secondary in Quality/Manufacturing is an asset.

Shift: Afternoon Shift (with responsibility for Night Shift oversight)

We are currently seeking a Final Inspection Supervisor – Afternoon Shift to lead and support Final Inspection operations during the afternoon shift while maintaining supervisory accountability for the night shift team. This role is responsible for ensuring inspection accuracy, quality compliance, staffing coverage, and performance management across both shifts to support consistent product quality and on-time shipment. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid understanding of final inspection processes within a manufacturing environment and the ability to effectively manage teams working across different shifts.
