Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site project phases and personnel from start to finish.
• Act as the company’s primary representative on construction matters.
• Enforce theSpreck Energy Safety Plan, drive quality control, scheduling, and promote a collaborative work culture.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, city officials, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate start dates, provide project updates, and schedule inspections with city representatives.
• Develop and manage installation schedules and labor forecasting in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Assign crews, confirm schedules, and ensure all site access and documents are in place.
• Build and manage a 2-month look-ahead schedule to align materials, permits, inspections, and manpower.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and deliveries.
• Oversee on-site subcontractor performance and verify completion of work.
• Schedule project commissioning, ensure testing, and finalize with client sign-off.
• Assess and coordinate service calls with clients and in-house technicians.
• Lead crew training initiatives and on-the-job education.
• Document safety incidents and conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Approve crew work hours, verify use of proper PPE, and ensure tools are in place.
• Maintain daily project logs and assist with construction meetings.
• Support construction tasks as needed and report directly to theDirector of Operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar or construction site supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of safety practices and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• High level of interpersonal and delegation skills
