Sol-Up is seeking a Solar Service Technician to join our Operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on solar panels and systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations, while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical systems, OSHA 10, and a passion for renewable energy.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of electrical experience.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on solar panels and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on site.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Work safely at heights on rooftops and in field.
• Communicate with customers and provide progress updates.
• Maintain records of work and parts used.
