The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on solar panels and systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations, while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical systems, OSHA 10, and a passion for renewable energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of electrical experience.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on solar panels and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on site.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Work safely at heights on rooftops and in field.
• Communicate with customers and provide progress updates.
• Maintain records of work and parts used.
