Position Summary:

The Crew Lead supervises residential system installations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on the job. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee entire installation project, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Manage roof and ground mount installations, including racking, modules, and electrical equipment
  • Communicate changes with Roof Lead and Branch Manager
  • Fill out job documents, collect data/photos, and maintain site cleanliness
  • Supervise troubleshooting and fix issues on-site
  • Ensure team productivity and drive company vehicle safely
  • Manage tool/material inventory and conduct job site cleanup
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience with at least 6 months leading a crew
  • Experience in electrical and roof racking
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and productivity
  • Able to work in extreme conditions and lift 50+ lbs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand, climb, kneel, and lift heavy objects
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Maintain balance and make quick adjustments as needed
  • Lift 50+lbs
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS(Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)
If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
