Career Opportunity and Primary Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies, influence product features, and promote best practices for quality assurance
• Write and execute test cases
• Collaborate with Design Teams to understand test scenarios
• Work with the Test Team on infrastructure
• Drive test automation to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot failures and suggest corrective actions
• Participate in infrastructure design reviews
• Develop and measure metrics to improve testing effectiveness and overall quality

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of industry experience in software testing
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Ada, and scripting for test automation
• Knowledge of DO-178C, ARINC 653 standards
• Understanding of system architecture or platforms
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks with CI/CD tools
• Background in aerospace or automotive industries
• Basic knowledge of data structures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work remotely; for Montreal-based employees, a hybrid model (at least one day in-office)
• Willingness to travel within North America for customer visits

• Travel to customer sites in North America may be required
