The Role

We seek an accomplished software developer to accelerate system improvements using new technologies and approaches. The ideal candidate will lead changes to support team and business growth, enhancing system functionality and scalability to adapt to evolving sales channels alongside our core e-commerce business.

Primary responsibilities:

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of React, Node.js, and Typescript systems.
• Establish strategic visions for the team, staying current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple product lines.
• Review customer support issues requiring development team responses.
• Research and guide the implementation of new technologies to address business and technical challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience developing scalable service-oriented architectures.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, Typescript, and Azure.
• Practical knowledge of .NET, REST, C#, databases, Git, CI/CD, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact projects on time.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns and architecture styles.
• Experience designing SaaS systems that scale in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to distributed order management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and high-traffic API/microservices design.
• Knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
