360insights is seeking a Software Engineer Technical Lead to guide a team of engineers, architect robust software, and ensure delivery of high-quality products aligned with 360 values.

You will mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on product and technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Node and/or C#; experience in software as required by role
• Proven experience as Software Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software design
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure software development practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to debug applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.
• Build coherent designs with multiple components interacting across API or system boundaries
• Initiate and participate in technical decisions affecting the larger development organization.
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications and deliver on the product and technical roadmaps.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the Enterprise Architecture team and Agile Software Delivery team, proposing solutions to the Architectural Review Board.
• Collaborate with other technical leads and architecture team to adhere to Product & Engineering Tenets: avoid throw-away work, design/build shared features, phase out modules or services slated for retirement, estimate and sequence large pieces of work, advocate for upgrades and decommissioning options.
• Work with Tech Operations to deploy and support production systems.

Job description

The Software Engineer Technical lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, architecting robust software solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while living the 360 values. They will be a subject matter expert within the team and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive techical strategy, provide mentorship and oversee the development process from conception to deployment. while using our values as an anchor to influence decisions, and formulate short-term plans.

Strong working knowledge of Node is essential for this role, as is experience as a technical lead.

What you'll do

• Architect, design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.
• Build coherent designs with multiple components interacting across API or system boundaries
• Initiate and participate in technical decisions affecting the larger development organization.
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications and deliver on the product and technical roadmaps.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the Enterprise Architecture team and Agile Software Delivery team, proposing solutions to the Architectural Review Board.
• Collaborate with other technical leads and architecture team to adhere to Product & Engineering Tenets:

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge and experience with C#, Node or other software as required by the role
• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software design
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and best practices for secure software development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and the proven ability to debug an application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 base salary
