Job Summary :

Seeking a dynamic leader and great team player who enjoys technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a vision for product development, strategic planning skills, sound judgment, and excellent communication abilities to engage stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Responsibilities :

• Build and lead effective teams, providing resources, tools, and training for success.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate product vision.
• Manage product Roadmap and Backlog in partnership with product managers and owners, ensuring understanding of product direction and customer needs.
• Work with Architecture teams to evolve products in response to market and technological changes.
• Ensure engineering processes are followed to deliver high-quality, timely results.
• Lead the development and deployment of new features, upgrades, and fixes based on backlog prioritization.
• Participate in PI and Sprint Planning, release coordination, and daily Scrum meetings.
• Support engineers in resolving technical and process challenges.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to inspire team performance and support career growth.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in software development.
• At least three years leading Scrum/Agile teams, with scaled agile experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Proven self-starter with initiative and independent working skills.
• Strong time management skills and resource planning abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions.
• Experience with process improvements, continuous integration, deployment, pipelines, and automation.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and understand business strategies.
• Risk management and negotiation skills, with experience in contractual agreements.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement processes.
