Job Summary :

Responsibilities :
- Build and lead effective teams, providing resources, tools, and training for success.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate product vision.
- Manage product Roadmap and Backlog in partnership with product managers and owners, ensuring understanding of product direction and customer needs.
- Work with Architecture teams to evolve products in response to market and technological changes.
- Ensure engineering processes are followed to deliver high-quality, timely results.
- Lead the development and deployment of new features, upgrades, and fixes based on backlog prioritization.
- Participate in PI and Sprint Planning, release coordination, and daily Scrum meetings.
- Support engineers in resolving technical and process challenges.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to inspire team performance and support career growth.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in software development.
- At least three years leading Scrum/Agile teams, with scaled agile experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Proven self-starter with initiative and independent working skills.
- Strong time management skills and resource planning abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions.
- Experience with process improvements, continuous integration, deployment, pipelines, and automation.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and understand business strategies.
- Risk management and negotiation skills, with experience in contractual agreements.
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement processes.
