The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tech, 5+ years in leadership, and strong Java/Spring/microservices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total industry experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles managing 4-8 engineers.
• Strong Java, Spring, and microservices experience.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka messaging systems.
• FinTech, payments, or ERP domain familiarity is a strong asset.
• Excellent collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key projects with a hands-on leadership style.
• Coordinate with partner banks, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely integrations.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams to improve delivery velocity and quality.

• We need a leader who has an engineering background, solid project management skills, and thrives under the healthy pressure of client‑facing timelines and revenue‑linked milestones
• As a hands‑on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high‑quality, scalable, and robust software solutions
• You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations
• You manage client‑facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements, and ensure we meet revenue‑impacting integration deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features
• Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or with accounting/ERP systems is a strong asset
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of total industry experience
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka
