We are seeking candidates experienced in leveraging AI, including Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize workflows. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into their daily work—such as code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support—to improve efficiency and drive innovation.

The Software Engineering Manager is a key leadership role responsible for guiding and empowering a high-performing team of engineers and quality associates. This role involves hiring, training, mentoring, fostering innovation, streamlining workflows, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate strategies, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by addressing capability gaps, hiring, nurturing, and managing performance.
  • Facilitate decision-making, delegate effectively, and promote professional growth.
  • Provide technical guidance, review design decisions, and optimize system resiliency, cost, and performance.
  • Ensure system security, reliability, and performance through best practices and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies and translate product visions into actionable plans.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve team productivity and software quality.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical and professional development.
  • Manage team operations, including performance management and administrative functions.
  • Communicate management decisions clearly to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft .Net platform development with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, using Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with GitHub for source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience managing a team of engineers, acting as a mentor and leader.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Required Experience:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in management roles.
  • Experience in fintech industry, understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security controls.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft web development and cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
