What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain services that power the Kong Konnect platform, including identity, search, and provisioning
- Design and implement solutions to moderate complexity technical problems
- Support services in production by participating in an on-call rotation
- Write automated tests to ensure code behavior and prevent regressions
- Mentor team members and assist with additional tasks as required by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining complex software solutions
- Expertise in Typescript and JavaScript
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proven experience in developing and supporting a large-scale SaaS platform
- Strong understanding of API design, lifecycle management, and data modeling in relational and no-SQL databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes
- Experience with git and GitHub workflows
- Knowledge of test-driven development and automated testing practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
