What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and building cutting-edge AI automations to enhance productivity and deliver robust, scalable solutions across diverse applications.
• Experimenting with state-of-the-art AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating them into our development process to assess and enhance their utility.
• Evaluating and optimizing AI solutions across various infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure seamless performance and integration.

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Architecting and deploying sophisticated, fully-automated AI systems that require zero human intervention for a truly scalable impact.

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
• At least 5 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in Python and AWS
• Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions, resulting in substantial quantitative impact
• Previous experience leveraging different LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
