One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer II, Cloud Infrastructure in Canada.

This role is a unique opportunity for a skilled cloud infrastructure engineer to work at the core of a high-growth tech company's platform. As a key member of the Cloud Infrastructure team, you'll help shape and support a reliable, secure, and scalable cloud environment across AWS and Azure. You will work hands-on with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and developer enablement tools, supporting internal engineering teams to maximize cloud efficiency. This position requires a collaborative mindset, technical autonomy, and a passion for driving modern DevOps principles.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement secure, repeatable infrastructure solutions using AWS and Azure
• Build internal tools and systems using Python or Go to automate cloud operations and eliminate manual work
• Guide engineering teams in effective cloud usage and performance optimization
• Lead infrastructure projects from initial problem statements through execution and deployment
• Contribute to and advocate for Infrastructure as Code best practices, primarily using Terraform
• Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure alignment on architecture, security, and cloud standards
• Participate in interviews, mentorship, and process improvement initiatives
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure-focused role
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure
• Strong Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in Python or Golang
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code, with a preference for Terraform
