Our teams are growing! We have an opening for a Software Engineer on our Email Flow team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of UI and microservices on AWS and on-prem servers. You will work with key stakeholders to build highly secure, scalable applications. With plenty of leadership opportunities, you will be a key member of a critical team that builds features that are being used by all of our customers daily. Along with building new features, the team continuously strives to improve existing features and make lives easier for our customers. We hear our customers' needs. Making them smile makes us happy.

This is a flexible, hybrid role from our Waterloo, ON office.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical leadership and be a key contributor to a cross-functional, Agile product delivery team
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and architects to deliver scalable, sustainable, and engaging product
• Stay on top of industry trends and ensure the team appropriately utilizes the latest technologies and best practices
• Participate in our Engineering community to learn new trends in the industry or share best practices that you think will benefit the community.
  
  

Who you are:

• 1+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, distributed, Web applications in a CI/CD environment is required
• Must have experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (React), CSS, HTML, to build Single Page Applications
• Experience with Java/Spring/Hibernate
• Experience designing and developing RESTful services
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Java and JavaScript unit testing frameworks.
• Exposure to AWS
• Ability to articulate engineering design strategies related to scalability, sustainability, performance, and security
  
  

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees

$91,600—$114,500 CAD
