The Planned Pricing team sits within the company's Marketplace org and is responsible for forecasting, planning, and setting prices ahead of demand — ensuring pricing strategy is proactive rather than purely reactive. We partner closely with Product & Science to design and implement pricing strategies that anticipate market conditions, balancing the needs of riders, drivers, and business goals. As an owner of a flow that shapes forecasting and long-term pricing decisions across the company, you'll tackle a wide range of problems — from large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines to experimentation and forecasting accuracy. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
