We build conversational AI Agents for leading healthcare organizations to automate and enhance patient facing experiences.

As Founding Engineer, you will work closely with the founding team to build and scale systems that can reach tens of thousands patient interactions daily.

What you’ll do

• Architect and evolve the platform: help design and scale systems, doing both 0->1 and 1->n scaling of our system
• Ship end-to-end features: from UI/Frontend (Next.js) through backend (NestJS || Serverless) down to DB (Postgres/Supabase) and integrations with services (AWS)
• Automate yourself out of grunt work: pair with Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT Pro, Cursor to cut boilerplate and speed reviews
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team: evaluate, prototype, and roll out the smartest tech for each problem - be it a new AI library, cutting-edge serverless runtime, or a design-system upgrade

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering and system design experience.
• AI-native Software Engineers with good domain of AI tools for productivity.
• Product-first mindset: optimizes for end-user value and guides yourself as your own PM. Iterates on live data and user feedback, not just tickets
• Treats UI/UX quality as a first-class engineering metric, right alongside test coverage and performance
• Habit of reaching for AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc)
