About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our expanding team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our AI-driven contract management solutions, contributing to our vision of delivering best-in-class AI at scale and transforming how companies manage contracts.

You will:

1. Partner with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to build the product roadmap and strategy.
2. Encourage a culture of iteration and innovation, understanding our business domain and engineering practices.
3. Support the professional growth of your teammates.
4. Own several functional areas of our platform, practicing the philosophy of "you build it, you run it".

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• 3+ years with PostgreSQL and SQL.

Other Qualifications

• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of modern distributed systems and software development practices.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and multiple programming languages such as Java and Typescript is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, fast-paced, agile teams.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range for the primary location is $106,400 - $159,600 CAD, with variations based on location, experience, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, stock grants, and other benefits. Details will be shared during hiring.
