You will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex web-based solutions built on loosely coupled microservices. Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, you will develop and deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready features, iterating rapidly to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver scalable, reliable solutions to complex business problems
• Own applications critical to customer success and business growth
• Drive architecture and design decisions for reliable, secure, scalable, and performant solutions
• Partner with engineering leaders to establish long-term technical excellence
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to solve customer problems
• Develop and maintain test coverage for all features

What You’ll Bring :

• 2+ years of experience in building scalable web applications and microservices
• Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka, with extensive use in loosely coupled solutions
• Pride in delivering delightful user experiences and championing technical excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Willingness to contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Experience with GitHub, CI / CD, and automated testing
• Strong communication skills in a distributed environment

The expected salary range in Canada is $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
