About the Role

As an AI Tutor - C, you will be instrumental in training and evaluating AI models to ensure their outputs are accurate, relevant, and of high quality. Your expertise in C will be utilized to assess code, tackle real-world programming challenges, and enhance AI problem-solving capabilities. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated C code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Develop high-quality C solutions for programming challenges, including systems-level tasks.
• Provide clear, understandable explanations of code logic and strategies.
• Identify and report edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses.

About You

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex coding concepts clearly.
• Expertise in C, including pointers, memory management, data structures, and low-level operations.
• 3-5 years of experience with C in embedded systems, operating systems, or performance-critical applications is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Curious and passionate about AI, machine learning, and future technologies.

Alignerr is committed to pay parity and transparent compensation. The hourly rate range for US-based candidates is $15 to $150, with variations based on skills, experience, and location.
