Role: Stablecoin Ecosystem Backend Developer

The team is looking for backend developers to help deliver a suite of international stablecoins. Responsibilities include evaluating external APIs, integrating them with internal systems, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

What you'll be doing:

• Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to develop a quarterly technical roadmap.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

What we look for in you:

• At least 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production services within a service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality, tested code.
• Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in fast-growing companies (startup to mid-size).
• Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing.
• Knowledge of blockchains like Bitcoin, Ethereum.
• Experience decomposing monoliths into microservices.
• Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or Redshift.
• Experience with financial, high-reliability, or security systems.
• Crypto-forward experience, including onchain activity, ENS, dApps, or blockchain services.
