What You Will Do
- Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team
- Implement new products and integrations in the League platform
- Simplify the way we deliver solutions to our clients
- Engage and speak your mind; collaborate with colleagues across engineering, design, and product teams
- Lead technical design discussions and inform implementation priority
- Uphold quality standards: code reviews, bug fixes, automated tests, and performance monitoring
- Mentor multiple engineers and raise the skills of others on the team
- Align technical strategy with business goals and live League values of ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for customers
What You Bring
- Experience delivering value to customers
- Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant web services
- Ability to write high-quality, testable code and understand tradeoffs between expediency and maintainability
- Understanding of how the web works and what a good API looks like
- When things break, you are eager and able to help fix them

Compensation (Canada)
Compensation range for Canada applicants only: $94,200 - $139,000 CAD (base salary; exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits). Location within Canada may affect final range.
