We’re an early-stage, revenue-generating startup building AI-powered voice and text-based assistants that help SMBs close more sales. You’ll turn early prototypes into production-ready software that solves real problems and drives revenue for our customers.

What you'll do:

• Work across the stack to design, build, and deploy LLM-driven agents (mostly Python)
• Instrument, monitor, and iterate on agent performance to lift customer revenue
• High intellectual horsepower

• High agency (you find ways to get sh*t done)

About you:

• 2+ years as a Software or ML Engineer (Python preferred) with production launches
• Experience with LLM orchestration, conversational AI, AWS/GCP
• Your workflow is AI-native: Cursor or Windsurf is your editor, you use custom GPTs/prompts for routine tasks and you string together AI systems to solve problems that would take 10x longer otherwise
• Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, bias to action, like end-to-end ownership
