What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions for the platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers to translate design concepts into functional software features
- Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
- Support the platform's architectural design, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements while maintaining security
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to provide a smooth user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related subject area
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or similar web frameworks, as well as AWS services (RDS, S3)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software security principles and excellent problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Knowledge of relational database management systems and data modeling
- Experience in developing applications for the insurance or legal industries
