What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions for the platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
2. Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers to translate design concepts into functional software features
3. Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
4. Support the platform's architectural design, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements while maintaining security
5. Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to provide a smooth user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related subject area
3. Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or similar web frameworks, as well as AWS services (RDS, S3)
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and agile development methodologies
5. Understanding of software security principles and excellent problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
2. Knowledge of relational database management systems and data modeling
3. Experience in developing applications for the insurance or legal industries
