We're a top-producing real estate team backed by Re/Max Crest Realty, and we're building the next generation of *AI tools to improve client experience, automate showing logistics, and surface high-conversion listings faster.*We're looking for a *senior-level AI/ML or full-stack engineer* with proven experience building *AI agents* who can own and execute two high-impact projects.*Role Overview:*You?ll be responsible for developing:* *An AI Agent that books and manages real estate showings** *An AI-powered Q&A engine that answers user queries using our building and listing data*These tools will be integrated into our website and used by our real estate team daily to improve responsiveness, automate manual tasks, and increase conversion rates.Project 1 ? AI Showing Scheduler Agent*Goal:*Automate the coordination of property showings between buyers, our agents, and listing agents.*Key Capabilities:** Accept showing requests from clients via web form or chatbot* Read listing details (time availability, location)* Communicate via email or API with listing agents to confirm showing slots* Calculate distances and group showings geographically to *optimize driving routes** Send confirmation emails/texts and *automated reminders** Sync showings to Google Calendar or a custom dashboard*Example stack:** LangChain or CrewAI (multi-agent orchestration)* Google Maps API (distance & route planning)* Google Calendar API or CRM calendar* Twilio (SMS reminders)* Email API (e.g. SendGrid or Gmail)* MLS/API integration for listings (if needed)*Project 2 ?
