We are seeking a passionate and effective Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This is a full-stack role (50% Front-end/50% Back-end).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing software applications, often working on smaller modules or features.

Write basic code according to specifications and requirements provided.

Participate in stand-up meetings, code reviews, and other team activities.

Follow best practices and coding standards set by the team.

Assist in debugging code and fixing minor bugs.

Maintain and update legacy code as required.

Write clear and concise technical documentation, such as comments in code, user manuals, or documentation for future reference.

Maintain documentation of features, bugs, and fixes.

Communicate effectively with your team on domain, design, and coding.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES ·

Strong desire to learn to code, and to find and follow best practices.

Good CSS and HTML skills.

Knowledge of server-side languages, either compiled or interpreted. We use Python and PHP.

Strong desire for writing efficient code and delighting users with best-in-class UX.

Understanding of Web app architecture, HTTP, Web Services, and REST APIs.

Understanding of version control. We use git.

UI/UX Design (Nice to have).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1+ years of full-stack experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience and/or education
