Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is partnering with a well-established organization in Newmarket to add multiple developers. You will work directly with business stakeholders, own projects from concept through delivery, and build solutions that measurably impact the organization.

The role emphasizes involvement across the full project lifecycle and strong .NET/SQL competencies. Developers may work with legacy VB.NET applications while learning modern C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 CRM

What You'll Be Working On

This is not an environment where requirements are handed to you and you're asked to simply write code.

Developers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, including:

• Gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Producing estimates and technical recommendations
• Designing solutions
• Building and testing applications
• Supporting implementations and enhancements
• Managing project timelines and priorities

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business and see the direct impact of your work.

What We're Looking For

Developer II

• 3-5+ years of software development experience
• Strong .NET and SQL Server skills
• Experience working across both front-end and back-end development
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

Developer III

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong architecture and solution design capabilities
• Experience managing larger projects
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Excellent business-facing communication skills
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management experience
