Compensation: 240k CAD - 346k CAD salary (based on experience) + Equity + comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain new features including building K8s operators, API design, and integration tooling.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to ship features that support seamless onboarding and ecosystem connectivity.
3. Take end-to-end ownership: from understanding user needs to delivering polished solutions.
4. Contribute to product decisions with a user-first mindset.

Experience & Skills

1. Hands-on experience building Kubernetes Operators and Controllers.
2. Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, ideally networking.
3. Happy and productive collaborating with a distributed team.
4. Proficient in Go, Linux, Python. C is nice to have.
5. Degree(s) in CS, SE, EE or similar is nice to have.
