What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions for the ACRE platform
2. Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and other partners to translate design concepts into functional software
3. Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
4. Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, code, and processes for knowledge sharing and onboarding

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
3. Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or similar web frameworks
4. Experience with AWS services (minimum RDS, S3) and cloud architecture
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and agile development methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
2. Knowledge of relational database management systems and data modeling
3. Experience in developing applications for the insurance or legal industries
