What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions for the ACRE platform
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and other partners to translate design concepts into functional software
- Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, code, and processes for knowledge sharing and onboarding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or similar web frameworks
- Experience with AWS services (minimum RDS, S3) and cloud architecture
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and agile development methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Knowledge of relational database management systems and data modeling
- Experience in developing applications for the insurance or legal industries
