We are looking for a Development Manager (Mobile & Web) to lead our cross-platform client engineering team across iOS, Android, and Web. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to architect, code, and manage at scale. You will build cutting-edge media-rich video streaming experiences and promote best practices in modern app development.

So, what will you be doing?

• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional engineering team working with Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks.
• Partnering with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-performance client experiences for video streaming and interactive gaming.
• Driving architecture and implementation focusing on web vitals, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensuring application speed, accessibility, and performance across devices.
• Collaborating with DevOps and backend teams to integrate APIs, leverage AWS services, and implement CI/CD practices.
• Fostering a strong engineering culture through code reviews, mentorship, and career development.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive hands-on software development experience with management or team leadership background.
• Technical expertise in:
• Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
• Web: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience optimizing performance and SEO, understanding Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of AWS services: API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, Lambda, EKS.
• Experience with modular, event-driven, API-driven architectures, especially in media-heavy apps.
• Familiarity with video streaming architectures and media playback patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and executive teams.
