Your Role – Software Development Manager

You will lead a Booking engineering team that shapes the patient scheduling and communication experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating an environment where developers deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and practitioners.
• Building strong communication rhythms within the team and across Booking.
• Guiding the team through iterative planning and delivery while improving engineering discipline.
• Coaching developers to grow their craft and fostering a learning mindset.
• Partnering with Product and Design to solve the most meaningful problems.
• Supporting your team in using AI tools responsibly across the development lifecycle.

The Experience We Need

• University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience (or equivalent).
• 2+ years leading or coaching developers, either as a people manager or in a senior technical role.
• Experience guiding teams through planning, delivery, and operational ownership of production systems, ideally within a SaaS or product environment.
• Track record of improving engineering practices and supporting teams through change, ambiguity, and growth.
• Comfort balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term technical thinking.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $158,400 to $247,500. Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, representing an annual salary of $188,100.
