As our Software Development Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of software developers building high-quality, full-stack web applications. This is a people and delivery leadership role: you’ll own hiring, performance management, and career development while driving technical delivery across multiple products and staying hands-on with the critical, complex work along the way. Partnering closely with the VP of Software Development, the Software Architect, Product team, and other functions, you’ll align engineering execution with business objectives and serve as the primary point of accountability for the productivity, quality, and growth of the development team.
And those are just the basics. We strive every day to create a workplace culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensures fairness and equal opportunities, and foster sense of belonging for all Team Members. As an equal opportunity employer, we actively support everyone in expressing themselves and reaching their full potential.
