We want someone whose values align with our own and can support our people-driven culture of learning and continuous development. Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.

Your area of focus.

As our Software Development Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of software developers building high-quality, full-stack web applications. This is a people and delivery leadership role: you’ll own hiring, performance management, and career development while driving technical delivery across multiple products and staying hands-on with the critical, complex work along the way. Partnering closely with the VP of Software Development, the Software Architect, Product team, and other functions, you’ll align engineering execution with business objectives and serve as the primary point of accountability for the productivity, quality, and growth of the development team.

What drives your day-to-day?
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–8 software developers—running 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Own hiring and workforce planning for the team, from recruiting strategy and technical interviewing to onboarding and team design.
  • Oversee delivery and velocity across multiple products and projects, removing blockers and aligning the roadmap with Product and business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability to the VP, Software Development on delivery status, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Stay a hands-on contributor on critical and complex work, conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering, security, and architectural standards.
What Are The Must-haves…
  • Proven people leadership—managing, coaching, and developing software developers across experience levels.
  • Hiring and workforce planning experience, including recruiting strategy, technical interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Performance management skills—setting expectations, running reviews, addressing underperformance, and supporting career development.
  • Strong full-stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, or Vue) and SQL plus working knowledge of CI/CD, Azure, Git, and software architecture patterns.
  • Delivery leadership across multiple teams/products in Agile/Scrum environments, including capacity and roadmap planning.
  • Excellent executive and cross-functional communication,
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years managing software development teams.
The Perks.
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
  • Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans
  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs
  • Company-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year
  • Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career
